At Fleexio.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Policy
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

2. How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions and the return shipping address.
Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at awagloballlc@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
