2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
You can use this link to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.


5. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • We cannot predict or control these charges.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information (name, address, postal code, etc.) is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order hasn’t been shipped.
